Ophiuchus is a new zodiac that has been discovered by Parke Kunkle from the Minnesota Planetarium Society. It is also called Serpent Holder occurs from Nov 30 - Dec 17. Ophiuchus is also called Serpentarius, the Serpent Holder.

It is the only zodiac sign that is symbolized by a real man. It is depicted by a man holding a serpent. In mythology Ophiuchus had been associated with healer Asclepius, son of Apollo. Asclepius was an extremely skilled fellow that is said that he used to bring dead back to life. Hades had convinced Zeus to kill Asclepius with lightning bolt. After his death he was given a place in stars as constellation.
